Tips for losing poidsVous can succeed to lose a few kilos to two conditions: change your eating habits and increase your physical activity. If you do not practice any physical exercise today, it does not necessarily make the sport, but a daily walk or a little swimming each week can already do much.

Some principles

To lose weight must be based on some sound principles:

     * To give time at least a month to lose 2 to 3 kilos;
     * Prevent cravings and fatigue;
     * Although abide by the rules set out;
     * Avoid deficiencies in vitamins and minerals;
     * Do not use drugs or foods for special arrangements;
     * Keep a maximum pleasure to eat.

Set rules and stick to it

To change your diet, reduce the calorie intake moderately, ie first fats and sugars quickly. It must comply with good feeding practices (see "The guide to good eating habits) by adding a few simple rules.

     * Does not skip meals, especially breakfast which must remain hearty. Make a light meal in the evening;
     * Do not eat between meals. If you re hungry between meals, drink a glass of water, coffee or tea without sugar. Also drink before the meal and in the middle of the meal;
     * Continue to eat carbohydrates in each meal: pasta, rice, potatoes or bread. They provide a feeling of satiety and provide the energy you need, as well as fiber. However all that accompanies them is limited fatty sauces, butter, cheese, cream, etc.. Therefore consume carbohydrates alone or with a dressing without sugar or fat;
     * Remove sugary soft drinks;
     * Remove alcohol and beer. You can continue to drink wine, preferably red, limiting you to one glass per day;
     * Avoid eating away from home because it is more difficult to control your diet. In the restaurant is sometimes possible, with friends is more difficult ... If you make a good meal in several, then try to reduce the quantities and especially you never reused a dish;
     * Choose lean meats and choose poultry without skin, fish and crustaceans;
     * Beware of hidden fats: avoid all meat sauce, fatty meats, gratins rich milk, butter or cream, Swiss cheese and eggs, fried foods, the pastries and cakes, sweets and chocolate, ice, cakes appetizers;
     * Eat vegetables at will and in all their forms: raw, cooked, in soups;
     * Eat two fruits a day, but no more.

Choose the method of cooking:

     * Meat: grilled or roasted;
     * The fish: roasted, baked or microwaved, or wrapper;
     * Vegetables: the steam, the stifled or microwave
     *
       Call seasonings and sauces least fat possible: put a little oil, butter or cream, then use the lemon, yogurt, broth cube and soy sauce, and season to taste with herbs and spices.

The determination first!

While respecting these rules nutritional, weight loss it is important to choose foods less energy. It is therefore useful to know roughly the nutritional value of some foods (see "discover the nutritional value of foods").

You have to be determined and not give in to all temptations. The first week is often difficult but lost the first kilo is encouraging! But small differences are allowed provided they are exceptional. You find a balance without falling into the obsession with food and frustration. Otherwise, you may crack and get snacks so impulsive, then you feel guilty and submit to deprive you, and so fall into a cycle totally unproductive in relation to your target weight loss!
