The soup regime was developed some years ago in an American hospital in order to lose weight quickly obese patients undergoing surgery. It gives pride to a soup of vegetables trimmed slimming virtues. It helps to lose weight safely, but after 2 weeks of diet, inevitably takes on weight.
Principle: The basis of this scheme is a soup called "fat-burning", to consume the main meals. It is actually a simple soup of fresh vegetables, which should not be mixed or thrown (it is more rassasiante). The rest of the diet is typically composed of foods rich in protein and very thin (white cheese or yoghurt lean fish, lean meat) and fruits (in limited quantities). Additional capsules or herbal tea (green tea, pineapple, cherries tail) are expected to improve weight loss and elimination of fat. A multivitamin is also expected to fight against possible deficiencies. The regime itself lasts 7 days, followed by a stabilization program a week as well.
